Eligibility:
The White Elephant Christmas Stroll Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (and the District of Columbia) who are 21 and older. No purchase is necessary to enter. Employees of White Elephant, Brant Point Grill, Nantucket Island Resorts, and ADB Marketing Communications and their respective related companies, Tenants of NIR Retail and their employees, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Odds of winning in this particular drawing depend on the number of eligible entries received for the drawing. Void where prohibited.

Agreement to Official Rules:
By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding.
Timing:
The Sweepstakes begins at 9:01:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET"), September 4, 2007 and ends at 12:00 a.m. November 16, 2007 (the "Promotion Period").
Drawing:
The Drawing will be conducted in accordance with these Official Rules on or about November 18, 2007. The drawing will be conducted on Sponsor's behalf by an independent judging organization whose decisions as to the administration of the Sweepstakes and the selection of potential winners are final. Entrants selected must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. Except where prohibited, potential winners must sign and return to Sponsor, within ten (10) days of being notified, an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release in order to claim his/her prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within ten (10) days after the first attempt to contact him/her or if he/she fails to sign and return the affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within the required time period, an alternate entrant will be selected in his/her place at random from among all eligible entries received.
Prize:
A $1000 weekend shopping spree which includes: a two night stay at the White Elephant for two people sharing a room, dinner for two people at Brant Point Grill (excludes alcoholic beverages), taxes & gratuities for room and meal, $500 in gift certificates to Nantucket shops, and round-trip Hy-Line ferry transportation.
No other substitution, assignment or transfer of prizes permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of greater or equal value.
Publicity:
Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's use of winner's name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
Release:
By entering this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless White Elephant, Brant Point Grill, Nantucket Island Resorts, and ADB Marketing Communications and their respective related companies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents.
